“ This Starbucks is just a few minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and is a usual stop for us coming and going from Whidbey Island. The service is friendly and efficient. Theres a drivethru window and plenty of seating inside. ”

“ After calling and Jade being so professional and polite and hearing my issues out with patience Im changing my 1 Star review to a 5 Star review, this is how a supervisor should be acting, but Ill be leaving my original review down below because its still definitely an issue My coffee was made horribly twice. Lol the first time there was 0 pumps of white chocolate and Sydney said that she put some in but thats why they are remaking it with intense attitude. Then she remade it with attitude and it still tastes way off. I think she didnt put the quad shot in that I paid for. Regardless the reason Im leaving a 1 star review is Sydneys argumentative attitude and horrible customer service. I did notice that the printable order stickers that you put on the cup doesnt print the full thing the whole left side isnt printed so anything with numbers is a guess and this might be an issue with why it is so inconsistent. ”

The barista with the lovely pink hair went above and beyond! She was super friendly, chatty. Its always a pleasure coming here, but her positive energy definitely was a plus.. “ Emily and the other barista on bar Saturday morning were absolutely lovely!! My drink didnt taste right the first time and Emily very kindly remade it. The second drink also tasted off, and Emily noticed and asked if she could remake it again. The other barista made my drink and it was lovely I think it was likely an issue with the espresso machine as Emily made it correctly both times. Both baristas were absolutely lovely and I appreciated their kindness in going above and beyond to make the moment right for me. ”
